Therapeutic Tapes + Bandages (TTB) warrants that their product shall be free from manufacturer's defects.

Our Refunds & Returns Policy and warranty policy is strictly limited to a replacement of a defective item up to a limit of 3 products. This is limited to 30 days from the date the order was delivered and we do not offer a full refund. 

Returns

It is advisable to email us first about your issue or concern and we can try to resolve any issues.

However, if you wish to return your purchase you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Together with the returned product/s you must provide a copy of proof of purchase. You must keep proof of your shipping the product/s to us. 

The address for replacement of a defective product is:

After shipping the purchase to us you must email us informing us that you have returned the purchase to us so we will be expecting your return.

Once your return is received and has been inspected we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item/s and notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement. Without providing us with your email and address for a replacement we will not be able to try to help resolve the matter.

If you are approved your return will be processed and a replacement will be shipped out to you.

If you have not received your replacement item/s within 21 days after you receive an email confirming the replacement has been approved and shipped to you please contact us at info@ttbtapes.com

Note that it is essential to follow our Instructions on How To Apply in the website and in the paper insert in our boxed products in order that the product sticks and performs as stated in our website, on our packing and elsewhere. If these Instructions are not followed precisely the products will not work as stated and a request for a replacement will NOT be considered a factory defect and no replacement will be given.

If you are shipping an item over $75 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may qualify to be replaced. Unfortunately, sale or discounted items cannot be replaced.

Exchanges

We do not accept requests for exchanges for non defective items.
